Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
All original paintings and prints are protected by a 14-day return policy. If you're not happy with the item you receive, simply notify us at shelley@shelleykay.com within 10 days of receipt of your item and we'll begin the review process for your return.
Please note that all items must be approved for return before you send them back. Once we approve your return, we'll send instructions on sending the item back. We must receive the item back in the same condition that you received it and it its original packaging, along with your receipt of proof of purchase. Any items returned without approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges, but you can always start a return process for your item within 14 days and purchase a new item.
Reporting damage or problems with your item(s).
We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and make sure everything arrived as expected and without any issues or damage. Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or if the item is damaged or defective and we'll make sure the issue is rectified as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow for your refund to appear with your original payment method once your return has been approved.
